Congratulations for getting this far. I’m sure you’ll find power line work an exciting and rewarding experience.
To aid you in your job search I’ll provide some sound advice and the further two pages of the website, Power Companies by State A-L and Power Companies by State M-Z. Many power companies have an online application submission and/or current job openings list.
Some companies will require a resume. If they don’t require a resume it is always a good idea to submit one if they allow you. It helps you to stand out and highlight your strengths. Using your favorite search engine, research how to write a resume if you don’t already have one.
LinkedIn is an excellent resource for finding current job openings. There are many groups that list current positions. You’ll need to register to LinkedIn and do a search for these groups to become a member. Specifically I like the group "Lineman Network." They are an open group, which means it doesn't require approval to become a member. And they have near daily listings. I'm sure there are others and will list them as I find them.
Sign the books at your local union hall. Your union hall is also where you’ll fill out an application to become an apprentice. Apprentice applications are not always available, so you’ll need to check with them to see when they will be accepting them.
