Thomas Slyter is a 2013 inductee into the Linemans Hall of Fame. His resume includes Wilson Construction, Air2 and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. He currently works for Henkels & McCoy and lives in Los Angeles, California.

The next is February 20 and 21, 2021. If you are attending, please fill out the information on the Student Card Info page so we know where to send your card.
Classes are roughly every 2 to 3 months. They're scheduled about 2 weeks in advance.
Class starts at 8:00AM and will last approximately 7 1/2 hours both days. There will be a CPR class after OSHA on Saturday, should you need it.
OSHA 10 ET&D classes $225 per person.
CPR/First Aid after OSHA on Saturday $50
OSHA 30 classes $400 per person.

If you are going to sign the books in California or Nevada, OSHA 10 Hour Electrical Transmission & Distribution is now a requirement.
OSHA 10 Hour Electrical Transmission & Distribution - This class takes place over a two-day period, approximately six hours each day. There are breaks and a lunch period. Coffee and water are provided and there are several restaurants within walking distance. You will be provided with the OSHA student manual which is yours to keep. After completion of the class, you will be mailed your OSHA 10 hour card by the Department of Labor in approximately 10 business days. If you plan on taking the 30-hour class, you can reduce the class time by 10 hours if you complete it within 6 months of taking your 10-hour class if taught by the same instructor.
OSHA 10 Hour General Construction - This class takes place over a two-day period, approximately six hours each day. There are breaks and a lunch period. CPR/First Aid after OSHA, $50 per person.
The 4 hour refresher course is available for same-day training in the greater Los Angeles, CA area. Please contact us for the class schedule for non-card holders.
